want a slice?
Until this space, the only way to learn from me was through my extensive courses. And to get my eyes and support on your art and design business was through my complete compositions course. - but then what?
So many of you went through the courses and wanted more...
Others weren't ready for them but wanted a place to start with structure and guidance.
This membership is the perfect combination of
learning, support, inspiration, implementation & accountability.
all in one place.
No modules and no heavy curriculum to fall behind on.
Loads of digestible content to help you grow and evolve into the creative you desire.
Best of all, you’ll learn from someone who’s like you. Someone who’s walked the walk, started at the beginning and is a walking-talking creative junkie.
Hi! Here we are! That's me, and a tribe of other successful designers too (your fellow in-housers)

This is your path to a multi-skilled pattern designer.
THERE IS GOLDUST
found in creative communities.
As my early design years were spent as in-house designer, I know the full power of a creative studio.
The simple action of watching.
Appreciating and understanding your peers is a force to be reckoned with. To see others come up with new designs sparks new ideas. To align and be inspired, not to compete.

BUT LET'S BE REAL
freelancing is hard work
You need to be thinking about new ideas continuously, and know what's trending, and what your customers want...all whilst working solo, without the luxury of bouncing ideas off of fellow designers.
- There is a lot of "prepping the pipes" before you can let your creativity flow.
- There's no one directing, no one helping with decision-making.
- Being a constant treadmill of creative ideas is hard, oftentimes, the more you force it the stronger the creative block!
- It's lonely. You miss that organic creative hub and chatting with like-minded peers. This leads to procrastination and getting struck with a little white box syndrome. (and social scroll whoops!)
- No one else around to inspire, share knowledge and processes, or elevate energy! NO ACCOUNTABILITY!
LET ME ASK YOU...
Question:
How much time are you spending deliberating over what's trending, whether you should do this or that instead of actually designing?
Question:
Are you spending precious time researching and mood-boarding instead of actually creating?
Question:
Are you too focused on nailing what's happening NOW instead of what will last? (it doesn't always have to be the trend)
Question:
Are you stuck with one style, one look… meaning your sales potential will plateau.
Ultimately you are spending time thinking, and not actually doing.
Throw out the "How to be a successful surface pattern designer" handbook.
Who said the riches are in the niches?… not in this game!
Not when it can stunt your creativity, your development, your messy side, the side we need to be active. (you heard it here first).
You’re not abandoning your unique style—you’re expanding on your creative greatness.
I’ve never had the discipline to consistently do things I’m not obsessed with. And I'm obsessed with creating gorgeousness and enjoying every part of the process. The messy, the midway and the marvellous!
This is the way you want to work
you just didn't know you were allowed to...
Let's face it
IF YOU'RE STILL HERE
you already know you're interested
MY GOAL
IS FOR YOU TO
Become a creativity machine, doing work that makes you feel self-expressed, alive, and engaged.
Tap into your talent, and experience breakthroughs in areas where you’ve been stuck forever.
Be free to create instead of just thinking about creating!
Say to me, “OMG I no longer feel like I'm churning!”

LET ME CHANGE
YOUR LIFE

WHAT THEY SAY...
I love being part of the In House Creative group, it’s great to connect with like-minded designers from around the world and Natasha is incredibly generous with her time and knowledge of the industry. The monthly tutorials are always a great learning resource and have helped me be more experimental with my painting. This is without question the best membership for textile design.
I am also new to design and currently working towards a portfolio to hopefully work for a studio. I am so glad I joined the In House community. There’s so many tutorials to stretch my skill set and challenge new ways of working. Lots of content to keep me inspired and also a really friendly community to ask questions from. Plus plenty of ‘Natasha time’ with co-working sessions, live Q+A and monthly paint along creative club. I feel really supported and inspired and feel like I am in the perfect community to work towards my dream of being a designer.
Without the In House community, especially while I am in the beginnings of my career, I definitely would not be growing as much as I am and I don’t think I would have made it this far in the past year without it. Many of us cannot work in-house and therefore cannot gain the experience we need to work in the industry. In House Creative helps bridge that gap.
I LOVE In-House Creative. I look forward to the new tutorials every month, and paint along in the lives when I can (as there’s often valuable feedback given in these too). The co-working sessions are invaluable, and help structure my day. The depth of knowledge and industry experience in the group is amazing too, and everyone is so generous and encouraging.
I am really enjoying learning new techniques that are current and relevant for the textile market and connecting with other amazing creatives! I enjoy Natasha’s teaching style and the community shes created! Thank you!
I’ve really enjoyed the in house membership as I have been able to work my way through the older tutorials and start to improve my skills. I really enjoy the way that Natasha interprets whats trending in the industry/runways and puts her own spin on it with a monthly moodboard and tutorial. The membership also keeps me accountable to be working towards my goals and building up my portfolio of designs.
It helps me not only because of the new techniques that Natasha teaches us but because I feel within a group of very talented people who have the same concerns as me. It keeps me working and motivated.
The membership acts as a way to connect with other creative minds while working from home which can often be more isolated. I can be inspired by the monthly creative learning Tash creates, and how people interpret these as they share their creations. You can be interactive in the membership as much or as little as you want, but it’s always nice to give as much as you benefit, and join the co-working sessions where you can. You can bounce off others in more of a studio vibe, It’s a safe space to be able to share worky ideas and creations, as well as hear voices with industry concerns or experience and advice.
I love being part of the membership, the varied briefs provide a regular dose of inspiration, the opportunity to push my creative skills and try things I usually wouldn’t. The q&as are an invaluable resource, I always come away having learnt something new and Natasha and the other people in the membership are always so friendly and welcoming. It’s a lovely creative community to be a part of.
I love being a member of the In House Creative, it’s great being part of a creative community. It can be quite lonely working on your own but now I am part of this group of lovely people I always know there will be someone I can reach out to if I want a chat or some creative advice. The buddy system is brilliant too and I’ve met my buddy once in person and we email most weeks.
