WHAT TO EXPECT
from florals and fizz
on the first monday of each month we explore watercolours together in a 60 minute workshop, as i take you through a new compositon in a comfortable and fun experience.
And if you can't join live, catch the replay.
We’ll start by exploring a few key techniques to build your interchangeable “toolbelt” for future paintings. Then, you’ll get hands-on as we create a stunning floral piece together.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a completed painting, new skills, and a sense of accomplishment—not to mention a huge smile on your face.

How to get beautiful bleeds without excess tidelines

To try not get it perfect and just let the pigment/water do what it wants to do. I was also just throwing in random colours and was pleased with the results – colours I wouldn’t have ever gone for but because I was trying to paint alongside you I was just going for anything in the palette.

Hey, I'm Natasha
I've been creating art professionally since 2010
But really I've been creating art my whole life. I'm a big believer in learning, exploring and embracing the messy, and this mantra is what took me on my journey through art school and University.
It was at uni where I put down the pencil and picked up the paintbrush, and I haven't put it down since.
I started off as a fine artist studying life models, as a painter I began with acrylics with a goal of creating like the dutch masters. Gradually I became freer as I found my love for loose painting, which took me to watercolours.
I don't believe in niching as an artist, I believe in evolution. I wouldn't be here talking to you today if I didn't.
